Please join us for Solar Fest on Saturday, May 7th from 9am to 4pm. We invite the community out to enjoy live music, solar demonstrations, food, and fun under the live oaks of Maverick Park. An important annual event for the South Texas, Solar Fest provides valuable information to the public about renewable energy technologies, the impact of sustainable living, and green building techniques.

At Solar Fest 2009, all of the electricity was derived from solar and Redi-fuel’s soy-based biodiesels (thanks to power generators from J-Squared Services!). From the solar-powered stage, tent talks, exhibitor booths, 5K start/finish line, and Radio Disney stage, Solar San Antonio ensured that Solar Fest was all renewably powered. Entertainment and energy efficiency!
