Each year we hold several events to encourage the use of solar energy, broaden support for renewable energy, and raise the funds we need to continue our solar advocacy.

There are opportunities to sponsor our larger events and receive benefits, such as media recognition, showcasing of products, and other forms of publicity.

Our annual luncheon highlights for hundreds of people the progress Solar San Antonio has made in our community and the dedicated staff who make this happen. Solar Fest provides valuable information to the public about renewable energy technologies, the impact of sustainable living, and green building techniques. We also host a series of workshops for individuals interested in a variety of solar topics.

• Annually in May, we host our annual fundraising luncheon to recognize Solar San Antonio’s achievements and celebrate our chairman’s birthday.  For 2012, these sponsorship levels and the benefits may be viewed here.

• Companies may also support Bring Solar Home, our campaign to help homeowners “go solar.”
